Physical examination



Vital signs: T 38.8C  PR 152/min RR 48/min
 
GA: A boy, alert, active, thin, moderately pale, no jaundice
 
Weight 6.04 kg  Lenght 60 cm (U/L 1.6:1) OFC 46 cm AF 6x6 cm PF 1x1 cm
 
Head: tense anterior fontanel, separation of coronal and sagittal sutures, mild proptosis both eyes
 
LN: no lymphadenopathy
 
Heart: normal S1, S2, no murmur
 
Lungs: equal chest movement, no adventitious sounds
 
Abdomen: soft, active bowel sounds, moderately distended, liver 3 cm below right costal margin,
spleen 6 cm below left costal margin, firm to hard consistency
 

Extremities: no deformities, no edema

 

Skin: no petechiae, no purpura

 
Neurological examination: motor: grade V all, no spasticity, reflex +2 all, pupil 2 mm react to light
both eyes, full EOM, no stiff neck, no Brudzinski's sign, no Babinski's sign
