    Donating cadavers are provided for teaching and research purposes to improve surgical skills of orthopaedic surgeons and quality of researches for excellent future patient cares.

    Orthopaedic wards consisted of male and female separated rooms are on the 4th floor of Sujinno building. 220 beds and 30 private rooms are provided for bone and joint patients who live and refered from provinces of north Thailand.

  • Gentle and warm care

    Orthopaedic nursing teams regularly provide excellent knowledgeable care with gentle and warm.

  • Medical records

    The orthopaedic team provides complete medical records for patients and hospital.

  • Physical Therapy Unit

    Standard physical therapy treatments are provided for patients with musculoskeletal conditions as well as following orthopedic surgeries.

  • Orthopaedic research

    with the excellent orthopaedic lab and teams, number of orthopaedic researches and publication are increasing with fully ethical permission.

Orthopaedic Specialty Clinics and Physical Therapy

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is a common symptom of Thai elderly paitent. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that commonly seen in hip and knee joints. Moreover, they can be caused from rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis or posttraumatic arthritis. ACL injury

ACL injury is a anterior cruciate ligament injury. It is a common sport injury of the lower extremities in soccer, basketball or runner. Diagnosis by physical examination and MRI are necessary. Current treatments are all minimal invasive arthroscopic surgery for ligament reconstruction and aggressive physical therapy. please visit sport medicine page.

Heel pain

Heel pain is a common presentation in working age. Morning heel pain after waking up and pain after long-period walking are usually symptoms of the patient. X-ray sometimes shows bony spur underneath the heel. Treatments consist of medications, physical therapy including radial shockwave therapy, exercise and shoe modification can help. Clubfoot

Clubfoot is the disease of foot deformity in newborn that caused of gait abnormality and limbing in children. It caused by genetic or abnormal birth defect. Back and neck pain

Back and neck pain are one of the most common complaints in an orthopaedic clinic. The patient presents with symptoms of ache on posterior neck or posterio lumbar area. Causes can be come from muscle, ligament, joints or bony structure. The spine unit may be unstable if the pain present in elderly patients.
